if both emails haven’t arrived within 10 minutes of completing your payment, email us at rachael@rachaelstephen.com and we’ll get things straightened out for you.
REFUND POLICY
If you're unhappy for any reason, you can withdraw from the course and we'll give you a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Just contact rachael@rachaelstephen.com within 30 days of purchase to request your withdrawal and refund.
After the 30 day refund period expires, refunds will only be issued if the product can be shown to be faulty or mis-sold (not as advertised). Request a refund on the basis of faultiness or mis-selling by contacting rachael@rachaelstephen.com.
The above applies on all payment plans.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification with a link to update your billing information. The charge is attempted again after five days, and then for a final time five days after that. If the payment fails for a third time, your enrollment is cancelled and you lose access to the course.
Sometimes payments can fail due to technical issues: If this happens, get in touch with me and we can fix it.
If you cancel the direct debit: If the payment fails because you cancelled your direct debit after the 30 day refund period, any previous payments will not be refunded and you will lose your enrollment and access to all materials.
If your financial situation changes drastically during your payment plan: Please get in touch with me if you are worried, in good faith, about completing your payment plan. In certain instances I will be able to cancel some payments for you, while keeping you enrolled in the course.
