If you're unhappy for any reason, you can withdraw from the course and we'll give you a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Just contact rachael@rachaelstephen.com within 30 days of purchase to request your withdrawal and refund. After the 30 day refund period expires, refunds will only be issued if the product can be shown to be faulty or mis-sold (not as advertised). Request a refund on the basis of faultiness or mis-selling by contacting rachael@rachaelstephen.com. The above applies on all payment plans.
